  I've been going to the Pilates Center since September of 2013. Having done aerobics in the past, I was getting older and my hips and joints could no longer take the high impact of that type of exercise. I tried pilates and I've loved it ever since! The center is always clean, the instructors are friendly, and well trained. I feel stronger in so many ways and I no longer suffer from sciatic nerve pain in my hip.
