  I have been a loyal customer at this salon for two years. My nail tech would go on vacation once a year and would be gone for 3 months, so in between that time I would normally go to Chi (the manager). But have been to most of the other nail techs and they aren't that great in my opinion. I made an appointment later in the evening because there was no other time available. I show up, on time and I see Chi is still with a client (as usual). She was no where near close to being done! I had plans that night and it was already 7:15 (15 minutes I had been waiting). I came for a fill, but she told me I needed to get a new set & needed soak off my nails I had on. Which was ridiculous cause that would take 15-20 minutes and I had already been waiting 15 minutes for her to finish with her client. As I was waiting, she told me to pick out a color, but I told her I already knew what color I wanted (& it wasn't in the color pallet). She was acting so lost and confused as to what I was telling her I wanted, it appeared she was getting an attitude with me and didn't want to give me what I was asking for. Her client even stepped in and knew what I was asking!!! After a few minutes, she takes a color powder from under her desk and says, "is this what you're wanting?" After all that time!!! By this time, it's almost 7:45. My appointment was 7pm! I didn't have time to wait to get my nails soaked and get a new set, as she had suggested. So I said, "I just want a pedicure". She got an attitude and said, "I don't do appointment for toes, I do appointment for nails." I clearly have been waiting and explained that I have plans and don't have time for what I booked for.
  THEN she said, "don't book with me anymore" I immediately walked out disgusted at the terrible customer service. NEVER will I return there, EVER.
